Dali facilitates introductions between creators and brands. We are not a party to any agreements made between creators and brands, and we are not responsible for the performance of either party under such agreements.

The Dali platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Dali. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dali is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
